Jane's Strawberries and Cream With a Hint of Fresh Lime
My first recipe submission is from Jane in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. This smoothie lives up to it's name: creamy and sweet - and there's no guilt involved! Make it a part of your regular breakfast routine and you'll feel great. 1 cup soy milk 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 5 strawberries 5 Tablespoons soy powder 2 Tablespoons agave syrup 4 ice cubes
Put ingredients in order adding the ice last. Pulse your blender 5 times, then let it go on high speed. I keep the soymilk in the refrigerator, so the smoothie is extra cold and creamy! Thanks, Jane!
