Mango Orange Smoothie
If you drop the caffeine habit, a Mango Orange Smoothie will get your body moving.
Try this delicious, simple recipe for a sweet pick-me-up: Makes 2 servings 2 mangoes 2 cups freshly-squeezed orange juice 8-10 medium sized dates (or 4-6 Medjool dates)
Blend all ingredients in your trusty blender and serve to your eagerly-anticipating guests. The sweetness of the dates will smooth out the acidity of the other fruits. Yum! Try this drink on a hot summer day... or if you typically eat dessert after dinner, try this sweet drink instead! For digestion reasons, try to eat or drink fruit at least an hour after your protein foods.
