Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This simple recipe will take 10 minutes from preparation to cleanup, and even shorter time if you already have sliced mango. If not, just grab your mango, peel it and cut off chunks of the mango meat. (It's the only meat I encourage people to eat!) Follow the rest of the simple instructions and you have yourself a delicious, refreshing drink!

Makes 1 large serving

2 mangoes
1 slice pineapple (1 inch thick)
1 small handful fresh mint leaves

Blend it all up in your incredible friend: Your blender.

Consider growing mint leaves in your yard or on a windowsill for fresh, delicious flavor for your smoothies. That little pot of greenery might encourage you to make healthy choices when you reach for a snack. When you crave a bowl of processed, sugary cereal or a piece of cake, grab some fruit instead and power up your blender! Your body will thank you!
