Serves 1 thirsty person 2 medium navel oranges, peeled and quartered 1/4 cup liquid of your choice (water, milk, juice)* 1/2 cup plain or orange flavored yogurt Hand full of ice cubes 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener
