Orange Bonus Smoothie

Your guests will love this refreshing orange smoothie!

Serves 1 thirsty person

2 medium navel oranges, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup liquid of your choice (water, milk, juice)*
1/2 cup plain or orange flavored yogurt
Hand full of ice cubes
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener

*Water if you're watching calories; milk if you want a rich, creamy drink; juice if you want to make it a juice festival!

Place everything in your blender, blend it up and drink it down!

Throw in sorbet or vanilla ice cream for a lovely orange treat, or add your favorite protein powder for a workout. The great thing about smoothies is you get to choose, you get to throw ingredients in like a chef. You can't lose!
