Serves 2 2 cups fresh strawberries (organic, if possible!) 1 12-ounce package firm silken tofu 1 cup vanilla soymilk 2 Tablespoons barley malt syrup 1/4 to 1/3 cup agave syrup
Combine strawberries and tofu in your blender utnil thoroughly mixed together. Scrape down the sides of the blender and process once more until completely smooth. With the blender running, add soymilk and barley malt syrup. Add agave to taste, depending on the strawberries' sweetness.
