Watermelon is that water-rich food your body is craving. Kale is packed with minerals and nutrients to help you thrive. What a perfect combo for a delightful smoothie! Simple ingredients: 1/4 medium-sized watermelon, refrigeration temperature (not frozen), cut into large chunks 3 frozen kale leaves (see How to Freeze Fruit in my Smoothie Tips and Tricks section) Optional: your favorite protein powder
