Wild Smoothie Recipes!

I love to create wild smoothie recipes by gathering random ingredients from my refrigerator and fruit basket and just throwing it in the blender. My family loves these smoothies! I usually include some protein power in the mix, and it ends up being a delicious and healthy smoothie - a blend of random left-overs.

Have some juice left over from lunch? Store it in the refrigerator until smoothie time. Frustrated because your toddler didn't finish her pineapple slices? No problemo - just add them to your storage container in the fridge for your next smoothie. Not sure what to do with the peaches your neighbor gave you from their tree? Slice them, freeze them and enjoy in a smoothie! Don't forget to throw in something wild... like cinnamon or an avocado!
